| 1 | Make your own "For Sale" board or poster. All it needs to show is For Sale and www.davyhulme.net, you don't need to show your phone number (read why not). Make it big and bold and house-hunters will see it when they're looking at other properties that are for sale nearby. Alternatively, buy a custom-made one online from here, here or here. (Or, buy this one from me - I don't need it any longer - the house has now sold!) | |
| 2 | Send me an email with all the words and contact information that you would like on your page and attach as many digital photos as you like. I'll create the web page and photo gallery and add them to the properties for sale section and I'll send you an email when its done. There's no charge for this and it will remain there for several days for you to examine. If you want it to remain on the website any longer, pay me £60 and it will stay there until the property is sold. | |
| 3 | When a buyer makes an offer that is acceptable, simply refer them to your solicitors and let them do the rest. | |

When its sold, let me know by email so that I can remove your page. If you need to re-advertise it, I'll put it back with no further charge.
